InterNations Discover New Chef - Clarita

Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience at the Protected content
This month, our featured chef is the talented Clarita Simbillo, who will showcase his culinary prowess with a tantalizing menu that includes:
1. Kinilaw na Hipon: Shrimp, Japanese cucumber, shallots, chilli, ginger, cilantro, fish sauce, vinegar, lime juice, sugar, coconut cream and Sweet potatoes
2. Paku Sprill Roll: Paku, salted egg, red onions, tomatoes, Rice paper, Fish sauce dressing - patis, lime juice, sugar and chillies
3. Suam na Mais: White corn on the cob, Shrimp, chili leaves, raw shrimp paste, cream,onion, garlic and Yellow corn kernels
4. Pinakbet: Tilapia fillet, Pumpkin, Potatoes, Long beans, okra, Garlic, onions, tomatoes, roasted eggplant, spicy shrimp paste, Leeks and cilantro
5.Chilled Saba Rice Pudding: Sticky rice, soy milk, white sugar, brown sugar, Sago, fresh strawberries, Saging Saba, sliced almonds and cinnamon
In addition to the tantalizing menu by Chef Clarita Simbillo, attendees will be treated of wine.
