Japanese Lunch
Dear Brunch lovers,
Christmas is coming!! I guess many of you have already enjoyed "Glühwein" or "Reibekuchen" or "Stollen" at the Christmas market this year...
But we can also enjoy something different...
How about going out for a delicious Japanese Lunch together?
"APPARE" is one of the best Japanese restaurant in Köln.
The owner and chef of this restaurant "Hiroyuki Watanabe" has worked many years as a chief chef at the Japanese restaurant "DAITOKAI" in Hamburg or Köln.
In Protected content opened his own restaurant in Köln which was his long-time dream. His recipes are sometimes really what we call "Grandma taste" or sometimes a fusion of French and Japanese...I always enjoy this little surprise.
