Tai Chi Class by André Cespede
How about using quarantine to explore the potentials of our body and mind?
Our February activity will be an online Tai Chi class (in English) with André Cespede.
André is Physical Educator and he works with acupuncture, massage, taichichuan, qigong, Chinese martial art and meditation.
The benefits of tai chi may include:
Decreased stress, anxiety and depression;
Improved aerobic capacity;
Increased energy and stamina;
Improved flexibility, balance and agility;
Improved muscle strength and definition.
