The tasting menu includes 6 starters, your choice of main course and 3 desserts (with your choice of cake).

6 STARTERS (tasting dishes)
- Peking duck croquette (individual)
- Shrimp and avocado pancake with kimchi mayonnaise, garlic and ham
- Truffled consommé with cassava bridge and shitake (individual)
- Vietnamese duck, mango and avocado roll with sesame sauce (individual)
- Octopus on potato aioli and paprika and ham oil (individual)
- Caramelized eggplant with shiitake, sour cream and romesco (individual)

PRINCIPALS (to be chosen)
- Black squid and Idiazabal cheese risotto (min. 2 persons)
- Duck magret with sautéed portobello and Pedro Ximénez reduction
- Iberian ribs cooked at low temperature
- Oxtail cannelloni
- Beefburger with sun-dried tomatoes, rocket and black garlic mayonnaise
- Vegetable cannelloni with parmesan, basil and dried tomato béchamel
- Tuna poke with edamame, crispy onion and siracha mayonnaise
- Norwegian salmon on dill mayonnaise and wild asparagus

3 DESSERTS (tasting dishes)
- Mango crème brûlée with strawberries and red fruits (individual)
- Creamy white chocolate (individual)
- Cake to share, to choose from: Banoffee cake, Blueberry cheesecake or Chocolate pecan pie
