Part 1: Let's cook some African doughnuts together !

Depending on the country they are called beignets (Cameroon), botokoin (Togo), puff puff (Nigeria and Cameroon), mikate (Congo démocratique), Gbofloto (Côte d'Ivoire), bofrot (Ghana) etc....

I will be with you and show you the easy steps to cook them.

The course will take place in two sessions. Please to attend sign up and attend the second session (same day at 16:00) and make sure to buy the following ingredients before the first session:

500g of wheat flour
12 g fresh baker's yeast
A pinch of salt
Frying oil
100g of sugar
450ml of water
