Live-Stream Sivananda Yoga. 2nd Session

We are introducing our second live-stream yoga session this week.
Current IN member, Ute Buerkle, will guide us along a revitalising yoga class.
She teaches Sivananda Yoga, a gentle style of Hatha Yoga that includes body postures and flows (asanas), breathing practices (pranayama) and a bit of meditation.
Whether you are new to yoga or a current yoga practitioner, we believe it will help you connect both your body and soul.
Material needed: mat and a stable Internet connection.
