The Unconventional Book Club
Welcome to The Unconventional Book Club, a relaxed and inspiring monthly gathering for curious readers, culture lovers, and anyone who simply enjoys good conversation over coffee and brunch.
Each month we explore a specific theme. Participants are invited to bring a book they’ve read related to that theme and give a short presentation in English—the book itself can be in any language. Whether you’re eager to share a great read or prefer to sit back, listen, and discover new authors, you’re warmly welcome.
Our meet-ups are friendly, informal, and open to everyone. Just come as you are, order whatever you like (participants pay for their own food and drinks), and enjoy a morning of stories, ideas, and cultural exchange.
First Month’s Theme: Luxembourg
To kick things off, we’ll dive into the rich literary and cultural landscape of Luxembourg. Bring a book by a Luxembourgish author or any book about Luxembourg — from novels and poetry to history, travel writing, or personal memoirs.
