Pâtisserie II - Forêt Noire - Black Jack

In this 2nd workshop we will reproduce the Black Forrest cake recipe by Nicolas Bernardé.
This is one of the modern variants of the famous Black Forrest cake (Elsass) with similar ingredients but different processing and finishing (Black Jack)
In order to have a smooth work flow, we have to somehow organize the workshop. Depending on the number of participants, you will be randomly devised to different teams to have a balanced number in each team.
Team A: (Preparation) ⚖️ 📖
Team B: (Process) 👩🍳 👨🍳 📖🔪
Team C: (Service)
I will support and guide each team. After completing their task, the teams can have a break until the next round or support other teams 📸 At the end, we will try to taste the creations.
Team A: Weighing the ingredients used in the recipe ⚖️ 📖. This task requires good organization skills and sorting of the different ingredients.
Team B: Processing step-by-step of the ingredients following the recipe👩🍳 👨🍳 📖🔪 It requires careful reading of the recipe steps.
Team C: Cleaning is essential in baking/cooking, since we want to leave the kitchen & the dishes as it was 🧼 🥘 . The team members try to support the other 2 teams by managing.
I will try to buy all the ingredients and the total amount will be shared equally among the participants. 7€ is a rough estimate and it can be more or less.
