There are days when we have so much energy that a hardcore vinyasa session is the best way to mindfully channel and expel the energy. The session starts with a sun salutation which is similar to a cardio workout. The idea is that even though we synchronize the breath with movements – and might sweat – we don’t want to be breathless. Post a few rounds, since the body is warmed up we can stretch into static poses and focus on connecting to the breath.
