High Intensity Workout
This workout is perfect for those that are limited with time and experience anxiety frequently, it helps in moving all the stress from your body and back to the earth as well as regulate your nervous system.
But my coaching style is as follows:
You are the greatest sensor for your body, you take responsibility for how you move your body which is why I recommend that you start with lower options then move it higher as you do this exercise more often
BYOM bring your own Matt
Starts with stretches then the workout time is around 25 mins then stretches and intuition yoga for about 15 mins
