Garagevin is a wine fair for both novices and the hardened connoisseur.

It takes place in some of Denmark's most beautiful vineyards in Avedøre - just a stone's throw from City Hall Square in Copenhagen. Here you will find small and medium-sized wine importers who are ready with tasting samples of wines that they have personally selected when visiting the winegrower on site. And who with life and soul can tell about origin, subsoil and microclimate – and maybe even the color of the eyes of the wine stall's pretty daughter!

What is Garage Wine
We have never come up with an actual definition of what Garagevin is, but popularly speaking, "garagevin" is wine from small independent producers with a focus on quality - and not the "branded" consumer wines. Garage wines are typically wines with personal stories from winegrowers who have put all their soul and nerve into the wines they produce. They all have a commitment and a passion that we believe can be tasted in the wine they produce.

One of the great experiences at Garagevin is also that the exhibitors stand under their own pavilion at Nordlund Vingård. This helps to give a very special atmosphere. You will have plenty of opportunity to come around and taste at your leisure - and at the same time have a good wine conversation with the many skilled and knowledgeable exhibitors.
