Panamanian night was pretty fun and tasty so lets go to a new cooking / eating experience: a Ceviche Night.
According to the Peruvian historian Javier Pulgar Vidal the seviche name comes from the Quechua word “Siwichi”, which means fresh fish or tender fish. In this class you’ll learn a few different ways to prepare ceviche. But that’s not all! We’ll also make different chips to go with the delicious ceviches.

AMA was born out of the love we have for food. For us cooking is much more than just cooking. Cooking brings families and friends together; it inspires us to try new ingredients and invites us to create new and amazing flavor combinations.
AMA is a fully interactive cooking studio. Our classes focus on quality not quantity; therefore we accept a limited number of students per class so everyone can enjoy a more personalized experience.
