French Jazz Concert Inspired by St-Germain-Des-Prés (Prepayment)
Step into a musical evening that transports you back to the legendary Chez Papa Jazz Club drawing inspiration from the iconic Parisian district of Saint-Germain-Des-Prés.
Join us in celebrating Copenhagen 'VinterJazz' in an intimate setting at LiteraturHaus – a former church transformed into a vibrant venue in the heart of Nørrebro.
The French Jazz Collective, a group of Danish, French, and American musicians, will perform a repertoire of interpretations of French melodies. From Yves Montand, Michel Legrand and Charles Aznavour to Serge Gainsbourg, Édith Piaf and Sacha Distel.
The program spans multiple genres including swing, Latin, ballads, jazz musette valse as well as original compositions.

The doors open at 16:30. The concert starts at 17:00 and ends at 18:30.
You can purchase wine, beer, water and snacks in the bar before the concert starts, during the break or after the concert.
The French Jazz Collective will provide printed programs with translations of the lyrics/paroles between French & Danish.
