A year of inner experiences manifested in spirit and material.
Under the Carpet is based on conversations, experiences, boundaries, situations and challenges that have been talked about, felt, hidden, hidden and discovered.
The exhibition is the center of personal and shared experiences with things that initially will be hidden from view or underplayed for either conscious or unconscious reasons.
The works are created from these experiences and can in some cases be both concretely transferable to the viewer, where other works borrow the atmosphere from these experiences and present a more distanced interpretation.
The exhibition will invite thoughts and conversation into a common space, about why we sometimes underplay the difficult experiences that we inevitably encounter.
