This is the fifth 6course dinner with wine pairing I am hosting and this time it has a vegetarian theme! 25% of the profit goes to the chairty Madrid for Refugees and the format is now an a la carte-menu where you can choose what you prefer.

IMPORTANT: It is mandatory to confirm your attendance with me NOT ONLY by signup up but a private message or whatsapp to me!

Current menu
1) Chicken teriyaki (3,5e): Chicken thigh filet marinated in sauce of soy, mirin, ginger served with jasmine rice
2) Gyoza with 2 dipping sauces (2.5) : peanut sauce + soy/rice vinegar
pepper flake sauce
3) Korean beef bulgogi (3e): Marinated thin slices of beef served in a lettuce wrap
4) Malaysian laksa (option: with chicken) (3,5/ Protected content spicy flavorful coconutmilk-based curry served with rice noodles in a bowl
5) Sichuan cold chicken banban (2,5e) - Marinated chicken served in pepperinflused oils
6) Kai lab minced chicken thai salad (3,5e): Ground chicken served with dried red chilies, ground toasted rice, lemongrass, galangal and spring onions (optional cilantro)

Wine pairing: 1. Chicken teriyaki___Pinot Blanc Protected content , Trimbach
2. Gyoza___________Riesling Protected content , Bott Geyl
3. Korean beef bulgogi______Garnacha, Cariñena rosado Protected content , Amic
4. Malasysian shrimp and tofu laksa_______Chennin Blnc Protected content , Chateau Fosse-Seche
5. Sichuan chicken banban__________Garnacha blanca Protected content , Paul Meunier
6. Kai lab thai salad______________Chardonnay Protected content J.J. Vincent

OBS: As the seats are limited I have set a 15 euro minimum per person.
