Award-Winning Croissants in the Netherlands

There’s a small bakery on the Nieuwe Binnenweg where the owner taught himself to make croissants by watching YouTube. Four years later, his came second in the whole country. I love that story, and I think you will too once you taste them. ✨

So let’s start the weekend gently: good pastry, proper coffee/thee, and a quiet garden at the back where the morning sun lands just right in September.
