Scandinavian Christmas Markets in Rotterdam
Three Scandinavian christmas markets. Three countries. One Saturday, and not a single plane ticket. 😉
Rotterdam's Danish, Norwegian and Finnish seamen's churches each open their doors in November, and each brings its own traditions, food and atmosphere.
Glögg, winter baking, handmade things you won't find anywhere else, and the people who keep these traditions alive.
Even better: our Norwegian member Karsten suggested this one, and he's offered to guide us. So we won't just be wandering through — we'll have someone who can tell us what we're actually looking at.
We meet at 11:00, late enough for a proper lie-in. Then we make our way from one market to the next at an easy pace, with plenty of stops for something warm along the way.
Everyone buys and pays for their own.
See you there,
Skippy & Karsten
