IWT Walk and Slow Run at JBR Beach
Hi everyone
The purpose of this activity is to let you discover how to practice Japanese IWT Walk and Slow running to start the day nicely.
It is a relaxing as we will walk and run bare feet between sand and water along the beach. No pressure. No running shoes needed.
Protected content of IWT walk (3mns slow pace then 3mns fast pace)
- 30mns of slow running (beginners will discover they can run much longer than they thought was possible)
Then we will have a coffee at Starbucks or else around.
