Picnic / BBQ
This is the next Picnic/ BBQ this season!
For the new ones: Everybody brings something to eat//drink/play e.g. We share everything.
You should also think of plate, glass, cutlery, napkin, blanket etc as well.
In case sb wants to bring a grill, post it on the wall....
Very important:
Everybody should contribute to make this event successful, nobody is in charge for service and to clean up afterwards, so please tidy up your stuff, dispose empty bottles and rubbish!
In case of bad weather ( which it won't be ), the event will be canceled, so check out for further information the day before or in the morning of the event.
In case you don't have time to come although you accepted the invitation, please be so kind as to cancel!
