Summer Music in the Garden: Cénacle plays Opera tunes
Cénacle (Karim Nasr (clarinets), Jennifer Thiessen (viola), and Francis Palma-Pelletier (violone) specialises in the interpretation of chamber music from the late baroque and early classical periods, showcasing instruments in vogue in the 18th century, particularly the clarinet, basset horn, oboe and bassoon, the viola and viola d'amore, and the violone.
Cénacle treats you to an afternoon at the opera! Lively scenes and glorious arias from Mozart's Don Giovanni and The Marriage of Figaro, along with a Hummel trio inspired by Mozart's Magic Flute.
