An IN Tradition - Christmas Market in Alsace
“The Minstrels’ Town welcomes you for an authentic Christmas market full of entertainment! Meet the Three Wise Men and their camels, let yourself be carried away by the sound of medieval music! And don’t forget to taste a piece of the famous spit-roasted wild boar...”
At Christmas time, Ribeauvillé is filled with magic and immerses its visitors in a unique medieval atmosphere. The Minstrels’ Town draws on its rich past to offer a medieval Christmas market that is both original and spectacular. In the bustling streets, beggars, peasants, dancers and jesters roam merrily, creating a true sense of escapism. The stalls overflow with sweet and savoury delights, spit-roasted wild boar, ale and mulled wine, while decoration lovers will find everything from Advent wreaths to handcrafted nativity scenes and candles.
A genuine living spectacle, Ribeauvillé’s Christmas market enchants young and old alike with its warm and festive atmosphere. To make access to this unmissable event easier, a Park-and-Ride facility is available at the Cordon-Schmidt company site, located at 22 Route de Colmar in Bergheim ( Protected content ), near exit no. 20 of the A35. This car park offers Protected content and provides easy access to the Ribeauvillé Christmas Market thanks to a free shuttle running every 20 minutes.
