How to Forgive - Final Steps
Welcome to the topic of Forgiving. What does it mean to forgive or not forgive psychologically? What are the steps for forgiving anyone - others, yourself or God?
The Wolf story will give us some insight.
We will then look into why some people hurt others - due to learned unhealthy patterns of behavior or history of suffering?
Do we inherit emotional baggage from our caregivers? If something is not working in our life, how can we find a blind side? And how to reprogram ourselves?
We will do three meditations that facilitate the forgiveness process.
This is the third meeting in this series on How to Forgive. There is a 6 lesson course with the same name. Some exercises from the course are used in this event.

Humans are run by subconscious programs that they learn early in life. Some programs are outdated and need to change. Marina developed an approach that starts with forgiving parents and breaking free from their programming.
