THE HUNCHBACK VARIATIONS – A hilarious and thought-provoking absurdist play featuring… Beethoven, Quasimodo, and the mysterious sound from Chekhov’s The Cherry Orchard. The Amerikazentrum Hamburg is happy to support this special event by the English Theatre.

Did you know? German-American Friendship Day is celebrated annually on October 6. It was officially proclaimed in Protected content U.S. President Ronald Reagan to recognize and celebrate the deep cultural, historical, and political ties between Germany and the United States.
This day honors the millions of Americans of German descent, who make up one of the largest ancestry groups in the United States, and acknowledges the ongoing partnership between the two nations in areas such as diplomacy, trade, education, defense, science, and culture.
