Bike Ride to Key Biscayne
Let's get together for a Saturday afternoon ride in Key Biscayne!
We'll be crossing the Rickenbacker bridge at the start and before the return. If you have never seen it, the scenic view by bike is amazing!
The total distance, round trip to Bill Baggs Park (the farthest point), is about 18 miles. We will go at a steady pace to complete the ride as scheduled and perhaps have time for a stop at The Empanadas before returning to the starting point.
There is parking by the meeting point and also on nearby Bayshore Drive. There are many cyclists and park goers in the area who are also vying for parking, so if unfamiliar with the area, please give yourself plenty of time to secure a parking spot and find the meeting place so we can leave as scheduled.
Of course, bring your own snacks, if you please, and water, yes!
