Mantra Yoga Meditation was brought to the West by a sage named Swami Guru Devanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj.
He founded the International Society of Divine Realization and came from an ascetic order of the Shankaracharya in India.
Attend the class guided by instructors from the International Society of Divine Realization, who are always open and willing to assist anyone in learning and beginning their own meditation.
