At afterwork meditation let go of your busy day and get ready to enjoy your evening with a more relaxed and inspired mind. Leave the day behind and take time to relax, refresh and connect to your heart. Meditation is becoming increasingly recognized as an effective means to reduce stress and improve our quality of life. Be guided through simple meditations that lead to a deep experience of inner peace and contentment.
This class is taught by Erika Mastachi a who is known for her heartfelt and practical approach to meditation. She works as a Sales Managerin and is very experienced in integrating meditation into a busy life.
