Unwind from your daily stresses during a 60 minute yoga routine performed in a warm room lit only by candlelight. Listen to calming savasana music, meditate, and clear any negative energy from the mind, body, and soul.
Our warm yoga flow routine is inspired by Bikram and Hatha styles of yoga and is perfect for those new to yoga. Performed in our warm yoga room, heated to a calming 32 / 89 degrees, and lit with a peaceful candlelit ambiance. Truly a one of a kind experience!
