2-Hour Joint Mobility Workshop
Pranayama, sound relaxation, meditation.
Using the C.A.R.S. (Controlled Articular Rotations) method, an approach derived from Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), widely used in mobility and functional yoga, this workshop aims to improve active joint health in a precise and conscious way.

Maintain and develop active mobility; rotations preserve joint range of motion, combat stiffness, reduce pain, and prevent injuries.
Strengthen deep stabilizing muscles.
Improve proprioception and coordination, leading to greater body awareness and awareness of movement.

Contraindications: Acute pain or active inflammation.
