Resolving Expectations at Workplace

Throughout a workday, we deal with many expectations: towards our colleagues, superiors, and the people/products/projects we are responsible for.
We also have personal expectations: to be acknowledged for work, valued, grow, and contribute in a meaningful way.
This workshop will explore a key distinction: Expectations VS Agreements and how conflict opens an opportunity for authentic communication.
The reality is that nobody wants to live up to expectations. On the other side, we love to honour the agreements that we co-authored. Agreements protect our relationships at work and allow them to remain professional and resentment-free.
Through focused conversations, we will apply this new understanding to our current workplace challenges. This will allow us to gain new perspectives and possible steps towards a practical solution.
