Protected content is an izakaya-style dining bar that specialises in Nikkei cuisine, which combines Japanese and Peruvian elements.
Joshua Kalinan (@joshuakalinan), my sake instructor, and has put together a wonderful pairing for us.
Notes:
- Turning up promptly at 7 pm will allow you to enjoy the full experience.
- I have not set a limit on attendees in this post to account for drop-outs, but seats are limited.
- As the restaurant will charge me $30 per pax for no-shows, a $30 deposit will be required to confirm your seat, which will be refunded after the dinner. Please message me to check for availability and payment details.
- The beef and pork items can be replaced with other ingredients.
