Dear friends,
This time a pairing experience dedicated totally to Catalan cheese, presented by ‘Caseus Afinadors’, who work closely with small producers.
At Caseus Afinadors they are crazy about cheese! In Protected content decided to start this adventure, been the first to work with Catalan cheeses like the best cheese refiners around the world.
We will discover the origin of the milk, the landscape, the climate, and the aging process that have influenced the texture, aroma, and flavor of each cheese.
The pairing will be completed with a carefully selected range of *a minimum 4 🍷 wines, chosen to enhance the nuances of the *8 🧀 cheeses, achieving a balance between intensity, freshness, and persistence.
