The Jazz on the Terrace concert series brings music to the people of Istanbul. And important centers are transforming into meeting points offering the opportunity to encounter music amidst the city's busy pace. With its location intertwined with the sea and its view accompanying the sunset, these events make the concert experience a natural part of the daily flow.
On Friday, May 15th, Manuş-u Ala Trio will meet with the audience. Founded in Istanbul in Protected content , Manuş-u Ala started with inspiration from Django Reinhardt, the legend of Gypsy Swing. Over time, the group, which has also incorporated different colors of the swing era into its music, offers its listeners a nostalgic and energetic atmosphere.
Their repertoire includes many pieces ranging from jazz classics to French chansons, from 80s-90s hits to their own compositions.
The group, which draws from Django Reinhardt's gypsy jazz tradition, attracts attention with its high-energy repertoire. Entrance is free.
All art lovers and music enthusiasts are invited to this magnificent and unforgettable night.
