" There is Aromas and Flavors? "
Aromas and Flavors brings a playful, interactive and rather didactic environment, proposing a tour of the diversity of smells and tastes in an immersion in Japanese culture through sensory bias.
The format of the exhibition allows the visitor to learn through practical experiences, conceptual, scientific or artistic elucidations, to answer questions such as: what are the basic flavors (sweet, bitter, sour, salty and umami) and how does the human body identify them?
Where does the taste of food come from? Or, how does the smell contribute to the construction of the taste? And the perfume, deodorant, soap? How do these scents form and how were they obtained?
It will have translated for English.
