Yoga and Swim - Tiefenbrunnen Park, Lake Zurich
Interested to do Yoga in Parks by Lake Zurich ??
We are a small group of Protected content growing 🙏
We will do some stretching, pranayam breathing exercises, basic yoga poses and some advanced ones. Eat light snacks 2 hours before yoga would be best. Yoga is best on an empty stomach.
Swimming in lake Zurich cool water is the best therapy after yoga for sore muscles. Don't forget your towels.
Looking forward to meeting everyone. Please invite your friends as well. It's for everyone from beginner to advanced.
Please bring your own sandwiches, beers, wine, coffee etc. for snacks together at the park after yoga.
We will be there at the park till 8:30 pm or so.
Time/place might change depending on weather condition so please keep in touch via PM.
