Yoga & Breakfast
Come join me in energizing yourself with yoga as close to nature on a Sunday morning. Open to beginner and regular yoga practitioner is welcomed to share the energy. Would be about 1 hr to 1:10 hr practice of yoga sequences complementing pranayam (breath technique), asana (posture) and short meditation. Pls bring a mat of your own and a small bottle of water to hydrate. After our yoga session, we'll be heading to a nearby cafe to enjoy some breakfast! Can't wait to see you!
