Hello Valencians,

The 9th edition of the festival dedicated to Valencian rice culture will return to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, organized by the Regulatory Council of the Arròs de València Designation of Origin.

As in previous years, the event will bring together chefs and producers in the heart of Valencia with free admission and tastings of Valencian paella and gourmet rice made with the three varieties protected by the D.O.—bomba, senia, and albufera— for 5 euros per serving and 2 euros for a third-liter bottle of Estrella Galicia.

In addition, there will be live cooking demonstrations on the TastArròs stage, as well as live music.

The event will also feature the participation of fishermen from the Port of Catarroja, who will bring some of their traditional boats and gear to the center of Valencia to demonstrate to the public the fishing techniques associated with Lake Albufera.

Andalusian Fair:

Valencia will be transformed into Seville for 10 days: the Andalusian Fair returns to the Turia Gardens with completely free admission.
