Forest Bathing - Starting the New Year with Mindfulness
Forest Bathing is about being present and connecting on a deeper level in nature. The word 'Bathing' is more like a metaphor in this sense, in that we soak in, take in, the natural environment.
And, if you are like me, it's often hard to disconnect from the everyday chaos and stress. So, take a moment for yourself, and come out and connect with nature, you will gain quick and easy tools to reconnect to yourself and to the little things around you. With the added benefit of calming the mind and decompressing.

What to expect:
The session will be in English.
During the introduction, we will be guided and given tools to ground and center our body and come into a place of presence and start tapping into our senses.
We will then be guided to find a place to sit, near a tree or by the water or slow walking, and spend Protected content to notice, to slow down, to connect deeper with ourselves and nature, taking in the aroma of the trees, enjoying the bird songs, or dragonflies dancing through the air.
After our individual time, we will come back together and share our experiences.
What to bring:
wear comfortable clothing (we stay fully clothed), and a towel or blanket to use to sit on. And water for yourself, if you like.
