Activity Groups - grumble (Amman)

It seems that unless you are an Albatross member, you have no rights to do anything in the "new activity groups", like seeing photos, wall, messages, etc. And I also notice that activities are now organised mostly through the activity groups...
Is this the end for the basic members, squeezed to the margins of IN???
