Driving licence (Amsterdam)

hi eveyone,

i've just joined and will move in from August.

i have a question... i'm currently holding an international driving licence.
does anyone know whether i would have some restrictions driving with international driving licence? will i need to get a Dutch driving licence at a given time? what is required for getting a Dutch driving licence? (i don't understand the language at all)

another question..... any bank account/ credict card you would recommend in this country?
