Wanting information on moving to Brazil. (Athens)

Hi there,
I am living in Greece, and am interested to move to Brazil, I am looking for a place which first and foremost is safe, family orientated, rural, and lots of nature, a good community, I am an artist, and also a MD. Looking for artistic minded community types, interested in Organic farming, living with the land, also a pro windsufer. Who could give me more information on a place where people are still looking out for one another, helping one another. I am a spiritual man, and follow the path of christ, so I am looking for a community where people are really in the heart.. where would this be?
