InterNations — A Community for American Expats in Bali

Hello to all Americans in Bali! Are you interested in getting to know fellow expats in Bali? Looking for advice from other Americans, e.g. wondering if there are any bars in Bali which will be showing your favorite baseball or American football team’s upcoming match or where to go in town for st■ turkey?

There’s no doubt about it: Bali offers a slice of paradise for expats. The island in the large archipelago of Indonesia is a beautiful city known for being Indonesia’s main tourist destination but also for its rich and diverse culture — including its highly developed arts, such as traditional and modern dance, sculptures, and music — its stunning beaches, diverse sea life, and much more! With the available local buses, moped rentals, and local road links, navigating your way around the city from one place to the next is simple. This also means that if you don’t want to live among the hustle and bustle of the center, you can enjoy a quieter life in the more rural areas of Bali, which are a short journey away from Bali’s center.

Although Bali has lots to offer, you might be wondering where and how you can meet other Americans in the city. Luckily, InterNations is here to make this easier for you! You’re warmly invited to join the InterNations community. Within our international network in Bali, there’s a vibrant circle of American expats from all regions of USA, including New York City, Los Angeles, and beyond.
