In need of diversity of taste! (Bamako)

Hello!

I am a Canadian who's been living in Bamako for almost 2 years and who misses diversity in food! Although one can eat well in Bamako at a wide range of price, I miss eating the cuisine of different countries.

I wonder if any of you, out there, know of little known restaurants or grocery stores where one could eat or find the ingredients for some Indian cuisine, for example, or some Ethiopian spices, and, who knows, maybe even a sushi bar?

I have little to propose in return but I can tell you the address for a little restaurant (Danega restaurant, Nelson Mandela goudron about Protected content before it turns towards Banconi) in Hippodrome serving (for less than Protected content an incredibly good guinean fowl.
