Cost of Living and Tax (Bangalore)

Hi all,
We (two adults and two kids) are considering to relocate to Bangalore for a couple of years.
My company would pay our accommodation, car & driver, education for the kids, health insurance etc.
What should be the salary I should ask for in order to live comfortable life in Bangalore? What is the tax rate we should expect? Anything else we should insist on?
