New to Bangkok? Could be tough finding a place to live, especially if you have no real local knowledge on what is where etc. Something i have learned in my 13 years here in Real Estate work and that is that many clients end up renting somewhere they really do not like after the first few weeks. Normally this is of course due to the fact that they have no local knowledge and the agent/broker has no interest in the well being or happiness, only in making the deal.
Yes i am shamelessly promoting myself here, but as i say after 13 years in town i do truly know all the best spots for each individual and where to avoid. I can also advise people if the price they have been quoted is correct or overboard.
Drop me a line if you are new, and indeed even if you are not new but are in need of Protected content
