Moving here for 18 months to write/study - NIE nee (Barcelona)

Hello,

I am moving here with my family in April. We have saved enough that we can live here for up to 2 years without working, so we can concentrate on writing and self study.

Can anybody give guidance on how we set up with regards to NIE etc....?

I assume we need to still obtain this so we can open a bank account and access utilities. Would really appreciate some advice here.
