Blogging from Beijing

Can anyone advise how I can start and maintain a blog while I'm in Beijing (without resorting to a VPN).

I'm working as Finance Manager for an NGO here and promised the agency who placed me here that I would maintain a blog for them to use for future recruitment of accounting volunteers.

I'd like to get this started in the next few days, so any guidance would be appreciated.

I can't access blogspot pages , which I set up before i left the UK
