Two wee questions - completely unrelated (Beijing)

Hi moving to Beijing in a fortnight - very excited and cramming some last minute Mandarin Two questions:

I like poledancing in the UK & was wondering if anyone knew of any good classes in Beijing - not the sleazy type but the gymnastic type done as an excercise class?

Completely unrelated (well unless I fall off my pole!) what is the deal with health insurance? The company I am going to be working for does not include any with the job - anyone got any recommendations?
