Festin Supper Club will be having its first dinner of the year on 21st of February, Protected content . It will be an evening full of decadent winter dishes, with 10 guests around one communal table. The tentative menu is as follows: Aperitif- Sparkling wine fused with pomegranate & edelflower essenz Amuse Bouche- Truffle brûlée topped with shrimp, lime chives & caviar Soup- Chestnuts fused with hints of white truffles Salad- Honey roasted onion tart over mixed greens Palate cleanser- Calvados Granita Main Dish- Guinea Fowl in a whiskey cream sauce, mushrooms & vegetables Dessert- Chocolate lava, creme brûlée, fruity cupcakes Digestif & Coffee/ tea
Doors will open at 8:30pm with aperitifs. Dinner will commence at 9pm. Donation requested will be 40€. This event is taking place in Berlin. Address will be provided upon confirmation of attendance.
