How do we increase our numbers? (Birmingham)

All joking and competitions aside, Birmingham has far to many expats for us to stay a small group to long.

My question to the group is what can we do to increase our numbers fast?

More people = bigger events so it is in everyone interest to make an effort to help make Internations Birmingham grow...
