Ethnic in Bologna

One of our favorite foods is Ethiopian. We had the great fortune of finding an Ethiopian restaurant here in Bologna! This weekend we went to Adel. The place says "African Restaurant" because they have many dishes from other African countries but the owners are Ethiopian and Italian and the majority of the dishes are either Ethiopian and Eritrean.

Check it out....absolutely wonderful!
